Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.If once opened or the package is tampered with,we cannot accept the refund as this a personal use product.
Several types of products are exempt from return. Air fresheners, bakhoor incense, body lotion, deodorants, shower gels are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@perfumeoriental.com and send your item to: Perfume Oriental at the below address or contact us via email for further assistance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to: Perfume Oriental.PO BOX 263.Plaza Union Europea nº 11,Local 5. 29620 Torremolinos-Malaga-Spain.
Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €30, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
