Perfume Oriental Shipping Policy

Delivery times: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. The estimated delivery time for shipments within Spain is 3-5 working days, and for international shipments is 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs: Shipments within Spain are free of charge for orders above 60 Euros,for less  than 60 Euros, the cost will depend on the service chosen by the client . For international shipments, a shipping cost  will be applied at checkout.

Shipping methods: We use Correos/GLS/UPS/FEDEX for shipments within Spain and GLS/UPS/FEDEX/DPD  for international shipments. We offer tracking options for all shipments.

Shipping address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Perfume Oriental is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.

Shipping Notice: An email will be sent to the customer when the order is shipped. We will provide a tracking number for shipments that allow it.

Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left for them to collect their order from the relevant collection point.

If the delivery of the shipment is unsuccessful due to the absence of the customer or for not contacting the transport company to coordinate the reception of the shipment, it will be the customer who will have to pay the cost of the return of the shipment and will also pay again the cost of the shipment so that we can process the shipment again to the customer.

Returns: Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt of order. A full refund will be offered if the product is in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility: Perfume Oriental is responsible for the products until they are delivered to the shipping company. After that, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.
